3 fashion girls

When i found this fashion illustration my first thoughts were the colours and the stances of the figures. The lines on top of the garments are effective as they draw more attention to the clothes. Having the lines been used liked that is unique and creative. The main reason i picked this fashion illustration was because i like the way that blocks of colours haven't been used, it is as though they are faded and blended together. I also like the stances of the figures as it brings more attitude into the illustration. Three different garments are shown within this illustration which is effective as they all work nicely together and don't over rule each other. It is also useful as it shows that the same effect with colour fading can be used in any design that has been made. The use of the grey colours gives of a shadow effect on the legs and arms of the illustration. The style is very geometric. From this illustration i would take into my work would be the use of the lines and they way they have been used on top of the garments as though there are different layers.

Miss Bias

With this fashion illustration you can tell first off that it has been made by the use of C.A.D. This illustration is of 3 different outfits in one image. Having it done on C.A.D makes the illustration more defined and sharp with the lines. There is no patterns on the garments in this illustration as they are just simple and plain. All the colours in this illustration work well together as there isn't too much of one specific colour, they made a right balance between them. The way the figures have been drawn so that they have very long legs which makes the illustration unique and stand out more as its not a normal figure. From this image, the main thing that stands out for me in the use of colours and how well they work well. The lines in this illustration are sharp but not visible. The style of this illustration is high street and teenagers would tend to wear these types of clothes because of the lengths the skirts are shown.

Sarah Hankinson

This fashion illustration was drawn up and then scanned into the computer to create a colourful affect on the jumper. The illustrator Sarah Hankinson has done this illustration close up and in hasn't put a lot of detail into the patterns on the outfit. The lines are very defined and visible in this illustration which is useful as you can see which parts are separate to each other. The use of the colour on the jumper of the illustration makes it effective as it stands out from the rest of her and captures her emotion. The stand the illustrator has used to do this illustration helps the illustration stand out more rather than having her just stood normally. I think this is an inspiring piece because of how they have used colour and black and white together.

Fashion illustration

This fashion illustration looks like the figure with the bikini has been drawn first and then scanned into the computer to then been edited on photoshop. The coat part of the image has been taken from the background by using a few lines to create it and thicker lines have been used to define the outline of where it lies on the figure. Having the yellow background helps creates the garment which makes it useful for the illustration. The blue bikini and blue pattern on the bag link to each other as they are the same colour. The necklace and bag accessory make the illustration. The stance and facial expression  on the figure creates attitude and bad emotion. The yellow background makes the blue bikini stand out from the yellow. The main thing i find inspiring from this illustration is the way the coat has been made from the background instead of having it as a separate piece.

Sophie Gritto

This illustration is made by Sophie Gritto. This is an inspiring piece of work as it has two woman in different stances with buildings emerged in the background of her body. This is effective as it creates wonder in the picture as to how it has became an illustration.  Having the figures in different stances make the image creative and stand out. The style of this illustration is a stylish contemporary woman. The outline of the figure is faint but it is shown by the use of the buildings that have been put to create the garment. The colours of this illustration are black, red, yellows and greys which are dark colours which relates into the urban theme. I admire the way the buildings have been merged into he figure and are very light as though they aren't really there. The use of having two figures together helps make the image more effective and makes it have more going on. From this illustration i will take forward the way using buildings or sculptures and incorporate them into a illustration. The style of this illustration is urban and street, this is shown by the street reflection in the garment.

Digital textile fashion illustration

This digital textile fashion illustration is eye catching because of the use of the bright red on her dress and the use of the bright background colour. The use of using these colours together helps create as warm emotion to the illustration. The figure is very sharp and stands out as it glows from the background. The feathering towards the bottom of the dress gives a good effect for the illustration. The lines of the figure are very sharp and stand out as you can define where the arm and shoulders are on the female. Having a small background helps the garment and figure stand out and doesn't over take the garment. No part of the dress has a pattern on which helps just the dress stand out more because if there was to be a pattern it would draw the audience to that instead of concentrating on the dress. If i was the change something about this design i would take the bow out on the strap or make it bigger because its not very visible when its small so either take it out or make it bigger so it can be seen. From this illustration i will take on the feathering of the image as it creates a big effect and captures the audiences attention. This has a relation to me because of the use of colour on the dress as it is inspiring to show me how bright and sharp i can create a colour.

Maike

This digital fashion illustration is by Maike Gabriela. I like the way the shadow is captured within the illustration as well as the reflection on the floor with her legs and roller-skates.  The garment is very dark and stands out from anything else. I admire the accessories that the illustrators has interrupted within the illustrations because it makes the image more effective. This illustration has the use of colours which makes it more effective because it helps the garment and accessories stand out and catch the audiences eye more. The stance of the illustration fits well with the lay out of the image, it creates a sense of mischief within the woman as she is smoking. The image mood portrays as a woman that gets up to no good because of the use of the cigarette, the dress and the roller-skates. From this illustration i will take on the use of accessories to help emphasise the mood or emotional the illustration needs to portray.

Nikki Cohen

This digital fashion illustration is by Nikki Cohen it is inspirational because of the stance of each figure and they way it has been laid out. Each figure that has been represented in this illustration is different as each figure has a different stance and garment on it. Having different stances within the illustration makes it stand out more to the audience. The illustration is in black and white which relates to the emotion the image is trying to portray. The emotion in this illustration is show by the use of black and white, black and white implies dull, darkness and alone. All these emotions have been captured within just one illustrations. This is admiring because one image can speak a thousand emotions and words. The illustration is of a collection. i really like the way that there isn't a defined line or outline on the individual figures, it gives it freedom and movement. The two back figures are faced away from the rest as though it is portraying a story, the at the back are trying to escape where as the other four aren't. The patterns on the garments aren't very detailed or defined as they are just general lines and simple. Having no facial expressions creates a mystery as to why they are standing the way they are. From this illustration i would take on to my own designs the way they haven't made define lines or outlines of the figures which gives it more of a movement and how it would sit on the body. The style of this illustration is more backstreet boy. The material of the garments are very loose as you can tell by the way they are sat on the figure.

Muse style

This C.A.D illustration composition are close together which shows that they are a collection of garments. The line of these illustrations are straight and don't show very much as they are covered with a garment. The back ground for this illustrations is very effective as it relates to the colours of the garments and makes them stand out. Having a dark background with outlines of trees gives off a dark, mysterious emotional within the image. This is useful because i could take on using backgrounds to portray emotional within an image. The main reason i admire this illustration is because of the use of the colours, the colours aren't bright but still stand out because of the use of tone and patterns that have been used. For this image, it looks as thought C.A.D has been used to develop these certain garments as the patterns on the garments are very sharp and well defined. From this image i will take from it that how sharp and effective you can make a pattern on a dress by using C.A.D.

Lee William Allison

This digital fashion illustrations by Lee William Allison is inspiring because of they layers that have been used to create the patterns on each garment. Each figure that is shown has a shadow effect behind them which creates a cold emotion within the photo, it is as though each image has been spread across the paper to show its has been washed away. The figure that has been used to create the image portrays attitude and little movement within the image. The angle the image has been drawn will help give a visual on how the garment would be worn and this is inspiring because the images implies two things, they way the garment can be worn and the movement of it. The colours of the garments are bright and colourful which give the garments life and excitement because of the use of bright yellows and blues. I admire they way that the lines have been shown within this image because they aren't straight simple lines they have been staggered and aren't as visible. The illustration isn't just of one garment, it is of six different outfits which imply that all this garments go together in a collection. Each figure have the same expression on there faces. From Lee William Allison  digital illustration i can take the way each fashion piece is different but yet all still work together.  i truly like the way each figure has been drawn the same but each individual piece has its own feel to it.

4 women

This C.A.D fashion illustration look like it has been drawn up and transferred into the computer. From this picture i have found out that the colour theme for this picture are very basic and it stays the same throughout, this is because it makes the individual pictures look better as one. Whats inspiring about this image is that they all have the same stance but in a reflective way. I love the way the colours compliment each other. The images are very simple but are very eye catching because of the layout and place they have been put. From this image i will take how the figures are all the same but have very different garments on them which show that the figure can help you create a good simple garment. The patterns on the outfits are flowers, leaves and zig-zag lines. i am inspired by the patterns on the outfits because they work well together but still catch the audiences eye. The style is autumn because of the leaves and flowers that have been used on the garments.

women in lingerie

This is a creative C.A.D fashion illustrations piece of a young woman in her lingerie. I find this inspirations because of how faint the mirror and her reflect in the mirror. There isn't much colour so its very simple and the black hair on the woman makes her stand out more within the picture. The woman shows elegance and grace by the  way she is stood against the mirror. I am inspirited mainly by the way the reflection in the mirror is very faint but it also stands out. The outlines of the woman and the mirror are very blurry but they also make a very bug impact on the picture by making them stand out. The design on her lingerie is very unique as it is very simple but relevant to the picture. The style of this piece is lingerie.
